Lauren Taylor, M.A. (she/her) is a womb wellness advocate, Doula and Clinical Operations Manager at Options for Sexual Health. She holds a Masters of Health Communication from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a specialization in reproductive and sexual health. She draws on modern science and holistic health modalities in her approach to this field.
She is dedicated to rewriting the stories of disembodiment in relation to our wombs and providing soft but grounded support in navigating reproductive health related needs.
