Tina Fiveash is an Australian photo-artist who has been exhibiting for 25 years. Winner of the People’s Choice Award at the 2013 Olive Cotton Award for Photographic Portraiture, Tina’s work most recently was selected as a finalist in the

prestigious 2016 National Portrait Prize, the 64th Blake Prize and the 2017 Olive Cotton Award. Her work has appeared on billboards, illuminated public advertising spaces, film, television, book and magazine covers, as well as in exhibitions and festivals throughout the world.

Currently, Tina is undertaking a PhD at The Australian National University, Research School of Humanities and the Arts, Majoring in Visual Arts. Investigating intersections between art, science, and spirituality, Tina is exploring experimental photographic approaches to the visual representation of death and imagined conceptions of an afterlife, based on scientific studies into near-death experience.

Danni Petkovic

End of Life Doula

Danni Petkovic completed her End-of-Life Doula training at the Australian Doula College in 2024 and has been a volunteer at Bear Cottage Children’s Hospice since 2023. In her former career, Danni was a police officer and previously volunteered with Sydney’s 24/7 Street Kitchen for several years and co-founded the Blanket Patrol: North Shore/Northern Beaches. In her current service as an end of life Doula, Danni provides support for embracing death/diagnosis, advocacy, Advanced Care Planning, legacy recording and creation, End of Life support, care service for the dying, vigil and ceremony planning, celebration of life planning, grief and bereavement support.
